My VS2021 will load them and scroll on them, but soon as I hit play it crashes
My VSX9.2 plays them just fine like any other clips.

Confirmed Adi, plays fine in VSX10 and VS2018, but like you, VS2021 closes and disappears as soon as play is selected

Also plays OK in VS2019. It would appear that VS2021 is different whilst editing compared to its predecessors.
