Upgrading from PSP 2019 to 2021

Hi all, if I want to upgrade from PSP 2019 to PSP 2021 do I have to 2019 installed?

No. When you buy PSP at upgrade pricing you still get the full installer for new the PSP. It does not require the old version, it does not upgrade the old version. This means you can install it on a computer without having the older copy installed first. You can uninstall 2019 and install 2021 separately. Or you can also keep both the old and the new version on the same PC if you want to. Many of us do especially if there is a change we don't like or if we want to be able to assist with older versions of PSP.
