Workspace resizing

Workspace resizing
Does anyone know of a way to resize the Photography and Sea to Sky Workspaces please? These workspaces take up my whole monitor. I have tried everything I can think of with no success - now I hope the 'brains trust' here can solve my problem. Thanks.
