WRONG TIME!
The "9:00am" cost me a LD call from Illinois about the need to return a dirty and soiled "Ulead Chroma-Key Cloth"
REF #12373998,

EDITED -- later in the day -- after 9:30AM pdt AND before 5:30pm PDT.
This SUCKS for product support!
1. I call the 1-310 896 6396 number and goto the customers service/tech support area.
2. There, I get a message I should call 1-310 896-6391. So I called the new number and was placed on hold and then informed all tech staff lines are busy and to leave a msg and they will call me back. THEN WHEN I TRY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE "THEY" TELL ME --- THE FREAKING MAILBOXES ARE FULL. ALL THIS RUN AROUND BS ON MY NICKEL. ULEAD IS THE ONE WHO SCREWEDUP AND SENT ME A SOILED/DIRTY/STAINED CHROMA KEY CLOTH!

MORE ADVICE -- GET YOUR PRODUCT HEALTH/CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN GEAR! YOUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM SUCKS! FORWARD THE CALLS TO INDIA SO I CAN AT LEAST TALK TO A PERSON.

I know you are frustrated and angry, but you need to be aware that this Board does not appear to be run by Ulead at all, and also does not seem to be monitored by them very much if at all (though a lot of us have our suspicions that one or two occasional posters may work for Ulead in Taiwan). In other words, your message will either fall on deaf Ulead ears, or else on many ears of others who use the Board who are very well acquainted indeed with Ulead's generally very poor service and support... We can do no more than sympathise in this case since your problem is a material one (no pun intended), rather than technical...

As I know this board is run by Ulead and some Ulead employees might monitor here (but not very often I think), however it's still a User-to-User forum only, Ulead just provides a board for we guys to discuss.

I agree Ulead should put more resources on tech support and this board, but not everyone can be satisfied....

Let's hope Ulead can do it better.
