Scrubber too slow in multi camera edit in VS 2021 Pro

My computer has always not had a problem with slow running in single camera edit. I'm trying to do 3-camera edit in multi camera edit and scrubber is almost useless, moves in jerks or not at all in . I clicked on "enable audio scrubbing" but that doesn't seem to help. Could be my computer doesn't have enough muscle to do 3 cameras? Anything else I can do besides beef up computer?

Hello,

enabling audio scrubbing would make things worst.
I would suggest to enable "smart proxy" in settings. Then right click on media clips you use in the media libs and start smart render. You can follow the smart render procced in Settings, Smart proxy queue manager. After the creation of smart proxy finishes you would be able to edit much more better.
