Videostudio 2020 - very poor quality of rendered videos

I am trying to render my project from drone and action cam files (4K, 29,97FPS, MP4 100Mb/s).
The resulting video file is of very poor quality.
The output file is set to " same as first video file" - but the settings are not correct.
Original camera files have quality of 100Mb/s, but the output file is just 30Mb/s. I cant change this value anywhere. Such great compression for a 4k movie results in very poor quality.
What can I do to be able to have better quality rendered file?

increase FPS and choose INTEL instead of nvidia. You'll se the difference.
