Mercalli VS 2021

Mercalli is not working in VS 2021. No problem with VS2020. Video specs:

I cut two clips from the video and applied Mercalli. I rendered to the first clip criteria. Therfore, there was no change from the original.
However, Mercalli insisted on a rerun. I did the same thing in VS 2020 without issue. Concliusion, Mercalli VS2021 is not functional
compared to VS 2020.

Do you have more than one Mercalli in your VS 2021 FX folder? I have Mercalli RT 5, which I think is what is installed with VS 2021 (and backwards installed on previous versions of VS on that computer). I also have Mercalli Pro, which I am pretty sure is an updated version of what came in previous versions. As I said in an earlier thread https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?p=385666#p385666 I didn't think what we now had in VS 2021 when it came to Mercalli was very effective.

In that thread, by the way, you already expressed your disappointment that we had to revert to earlier versions of VS to get an effective Mercalli.

I had already bought Mercalli 4 as a stand-alone program, and upgraded to 5 without paying anything, following proDAD advice. That's the one I still use and it is effective.

I'm also not sure if Trevor ever got a response from Corel on this.

As far as I know this problem has not been fixed with the latest service pack, disappointing.....

This egregious behavior must be corrected and ASAP! This is an important part of the program. Corel get on your horse.
