Can VideoStudio Ultimate 2021 import image sequences?

I've looked everywhere, but I can't seem to find an answer to this question. I do a lot of AI upscaling work and its easier and faster to upscale a video if you export its frames rather than a video file. Of course, once that's done, you then have to import the frames into a video editor and re-export them as a video file, preferably with the original audio. The program I was using previously could import image sequences(Read: selecting the first frame which is named "00000" and then it automatically imports every subsequent numbered image in the folder, combining them into a "video" rather than separate images.), but it doesn't allow for frame rates that are not whole numbers. As an example, I can set the image sequence to 24fps or 23fps, however neither setting matches the length of the audio or original video file. The original video is 23.58fps, which it does not allow as a setting. So I decided to move to VideoStudio Ultimate 2021, which, I haven't been able to test if it can set a frame rate of 23.58, but I have found that it absolutely refuses to import all 38,760 frames. In order to import all of them, I would have to either go one by one or figure out what the max is and do it as many times as needed to import all the frames. I tried dragging and dropping onto the timeline, and while it seemed to be importing all of the frames, as soon as it finished there was absolutely nothing in either my library or my timeline, as if it just spent an hour counting and nothing else. This is highly frustrating, so the question I want to ask is: Is there a way to import image sequences so that I don't have to do it manually? Or, alternatively, is there a way that I can import all 38,760 frames at once?

Your problem will be retaining the audio sync as a frame rate of 23,58fps appears to be a variable frame rate and the timelines only support a constant frame rate.
Does the video imported to Video Studio play correctly.
You should get a message to match the video files properties.
From the timelines, right click that clip and choose properties, what is the frame rate?

If the frame rate is variable you may be best to convert the video to use one of the standard frame rates, 24, 25, 30, 50, 60 fps, choose one the nearest to your original video file.

I assume you have already extracted all frames as individual images…. By the way how did you do that? I have use a free program called Free Video to Jpeg converter

Importing to Video Studio
First set the project properties to match the video, frame rate and frame size
The timelines need to have the same frame rate as your video files frame rate.
Right click the timeline for Insert Photo for Timelapse, browse for your images.
Set Keep as 1 and Frame Duration as 1 frame
All images will be imported to the timeline each at I frame duration
Now import the audio file, are they in sync.

Another option is to use Share – Custom – Ulead Image Sequence UIS files
Insert the video to the timelines, again the timelines have to match the video files frame rate as only frames showing on the timeline will be imported as images, these will use the resolution of the timeline.
Nothing stopping you to try both options.
