Blemish Fixer Stopped Working - Any Ideas?

Blemish Fixer Stopped Working - Any Ideas?

UPDATE: As soon as I posted this I returned to PSP and found the strength on the blemish fixer had somehow been turned down to near zero.

I have PSP 2021 Ultimate.
For some reason the blemish fixer under the makeover tool has stopped working. I select it, click on the blemish...and nothing happens.
Any ideas?
