I can capture audio from the Corel Audio Recorder on the PC but when I connect my Wi-Fi headset there is no audio source in Multicam for sound from the headset headphone, only the headset microphone. Anyone overcome this.
Thanks

Re: Multicam Capture Lite - No Wi-Fi Headphone Source
To clarify, your wifi headset microphone works (VS captures spoken audio) but the headset speaker phones - the ear pieces - don't emit sound from a recorded track in VS?
Try looking in the windows control panel sound pages with the headset "wifi-ing" and look to the settings for both mic and speaker components. You may have to adjust the non-wifi settings to get it to work. There are pages to test each one there too.

Re: Multicam Capture Lite - No Wi-Fi Headphone Source
My headset works perfectly but the MultiCam capture software does not capture sound that I hear in my headset. There is no audio source setting option in MultiCam to collect sound from the headset speaker. I have to disconnect the wifi connection and record from and listen to the PC speaker ("Corel Audio Recorder" audio source setting). This is very disturbing to others in the room who don't want to listen to my work.

Re: Multicam Capture Lite - No Wi-Fi Headphone Source
Using MultiCam Capture XL, I can capture sound as heard through the headphones, just tried with Lite, sound capture is fine, even with Corel Audio Recorder listed as main Audio Source.
If I expand the Audio Source, I have 3 other Audio Source options, one of which is my headset.
Edit
Just tried on Win 7 platform, headphone sound records fine, even though the headphones are not listed as an available option.
So exactly what are you trying to record

Looked at control panel, it shows Logitech Headset as default device and set up tests fine.

Robertoz,
Thanks, but my headset speaker does not show up in multicam lite although the headset microphone does. My headset is wifi via a USB dongle. Is yours wifi or wired?
I am recording a webcast video.
Thanks

Re: Multicam Capture Lite - No Wi-Fi Headphone Source
Walm007,
The audio devices seen by windows are the way VS works, and by extension MCCL since it comes with VS. And you say the wifi headset when plugged into the PC works fine with the Windows sound page as a default device. Does that mean the headset is 'seen' by windows sound page and tests via the wifi dongle??
So I think we must be missing something here. Is there another way you can confirm that the wifi dongle works both ways: as in send and receive? As an example, using wifi connect to the internet and get a browser page on the PC?
