Hi.
I'm not able to upgrade to latest version of PaintShop Pro. I'm always paying for latest version.
Have been a PSP user since version 3 in the early 90s. Keeps getting harder!
I've uninstalled PSP and cleaned registry.
Right now I need to download the program again. Even that I'm not able to. Am I supposed to install trial, even though I'm a paying customer?

Re: Not able to upgrade.
I'm stuck at searching for activation code.
Googled it, looked through emails, forum and help files.

If you have an account with Corel they keep your records so you can log onto them and retrieve them.

Re: Not able to upgrade.
I believe, though I haven't tried, that if you put your serial number in and then hit the "Connect" button to register over the internet, it'll send you an activation code. You then enter that, making it a two step process.
