Keyboard customization problem

I've recently had to reinstall my PSP 2018 32 bit program. I have changed the letters which open some commands on the keyboard. They work correctly one time and after that, they reset to the originals. Can someone help me correct This problem?

Jim, I've had this happen from time to time. Make sure after you customize your keyboard shortcuts that you save your workspace. File - Workspace - Save.

Thank you Kathy. I made my customization's and saved the workspace and they continue to work correctly. However, when I open a new image, they don't seem to work until I load my workspace. Is there a way to set my workspace as the default for new images?

First, reset your workspace to Factory Defaults using one of the options listed here - https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=67616

Then load your saved workspace. It should take and be kept at that point.

If that doesn't work, it's possible the workspace is still corrupted. Then reset to default, make your keyboard changes and save over your other saved workspace. It should hopefully keep.
