VS Ultimate 2020 -> No picture capture?

I think I have gone crazy, or my laptop has multiple grimlins.

I have a new laptop, and have installed Video Studio Ultimate 2020. I'm having problems getting a picture captured when I select Edit/Take a Snapshot. When I do that, it highlights the video in the view that shows all the files I am working on. It does not place a snap shot there.

I have a video attached showing what happens. But here is the crazy thing unrelated to the picture capture: I am using the built in screen video capture tool for Windows 10, and when I select the Edit list from the menu, the menu does not show up in the video. So you will see the results of having selected the Take a Snapshot, you won't see the menu from when I hit Edit. WTF!

Anyway, any thoughts about what's going on when I try to capture a snapshot?

The view of your UI shows that you have hidden the library tab for the photos.
Look at the icons at the top of the library

Thanks for that. I've totally ignored those icons, must have clicked it and didn't know it.
