In my PC with nvidia card I can edit and render HEVC files (directly from iphone xs max) with no issues.
But in my second PC with AMD card I can not edit HEVC files. I hear the voice but I see black screen in edit preview.
Both PCs has the samer built of VS2021 and latest k-lite mega pack installed. Any comments please?

I have not purchased this extension in both PCs. I have ony k-lite installed in both PCs.
