Reinstalling x9 have backup CD but serial number invalid HELP!

Uninstalled PSP x9 went to reinstall from backup CD.
Program asked for serial # so I went 1st to your registered products and saw PSP Pro Backup CD with no registration #.
So I went to Your Registered Trial Products which had a serial number but it doesn't work. I looked on the actual CD and it had a 9 digit # but that doesn't work either.
I can't stand PSP 2021 because it doesn't allow me to use my favorite plug-in (Superblade Pro).
I was using SBP in PSP 2020 but it stopped working with SBP.
I mean it would look like it was working in the plug-in but once OK was clicked nothing would take effect.
Same happened with PSP X9 but since I still had the CD I thought I could use that to fix the problem.
Why are these programs not working with Flaming Pear SuperBlade Pro? Help please????

SBP works fine for me in PSP 2021. I use the 64 bit version. Don't know about the 32 bit version as I never use that.

Just looking at a few versions of Paintshop pro that I have on disc and the registration number that they want is printed on a label on the envelope, not the disc itself, and is much longer than 9 digits. (They did have some numbers on the discs as well but I think those are part numbers.)
