How to activate Hardware Acceleration on AMD system?

Hello,
I have a copy of Video Studio Ultimate 2019 installed on my PC.
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Radeon RX 550 4GB
32GB DDR4 RAM

Now the problem is: how do I activate video hardware acceleration for my AMD display card?

I can't see any option for AMD display inside VideoStudio`s preference. Please see attachment.

Hardware acceleration doesn't support your Radeon GPU. Corel specifically states that you can only take advantage of nVidia CUDA or Intel Quick Sync.

In any event, in past versions of VS, the success of using hardware acceleration was hit and miss.
