How do you mean exactly mate? I don't think they are all going to be the same size.
Do they all need to be the same "size" before using them with a script? Thanks.

They need to have a similar size because the tools used to correct the halftone dots are size-dependent. If I resize your last image (320x476 pixels) to 800x1190 pixels (size similar to your first images), the halftone dots increase in size and the correction applied to the first images gives a bad result with the resized image.

I think it will not be possible to create such a script. Each image needs a different action with different settings.

I worked with your last image and the best I can do is below. It is done manually:
1) apply Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) filter
2) remove manually the "spikes"
3) apply inverse FFT
4) remove some noise with Adjust/Digital Noise Removal
5) apply Adjust/Add-Remove noise/Salt and pepper filter

The three first steps cannot be scripted.
