Well after exhausting every option I went for the Nuclear one and removed VS altogether figuring I was going to have to find alternative software to render video of this quality. I re installed it (the software version of switching it off and back on again) and it worked I am now producing high quality video. Thanks for all the suggestions really apppreciate it.
