So here is what I want to do...not sure if my Corel VideoStudio Premiere 2020 will do this:
I create YouTube videos. I add a bunch of video clips to the timeline. Then I overlay images and insert titles to each.
But sometimes I want to go back to the middle of my video and add a new clip. But when I do that...now all the overlays and titles are out of place and I have to move them all.
Is there some way to designate a fixed position for an overlay or title. That it is fixed to X location on Y video clip. So if the video clip gets moved...the overlays and titles will move with it ?
Can you fix a position on a title and overlay to a video clip ?

I was doing a screen shot to show where you will find Ripple Editing when tletter jumped in before me. But the image will still be useful. Look up the user guide for VS also to see what you need to do. Clicking on those little 45 degree angled chains (or paperclips!) will enable or disable them. Disable the ones you don't think you will need to use to achieve the effect you are after. Or enable them all if you want everything in the project to move to the right when you insert the new title.
