Newbie Question

Greetings,

I am doing a trial in VideoStudio 2021. I have a question:

I prefer the media library on the left and the viewer on the right. When I try to move the panel, it does all kinds of interesting things. I must be doing something wrong. I read the blurb in the knowledge base. Is there a video that shows how to properly move panels. I feel a bit dumb about this.
