4K Text Rendering

Greetings,

I am trialing VideoStudio. I have a 28" 4K monitor. With the DPI settings controlled by the application, the text is too small. Perhaps Corel hasn't optimized the software for 4K. I have read a couple of threads discussing the small text. I have a different concern. I changed the compatibility settings to DPI override 'System (Enhanced)'. FYI: My scaling is at 150%. That took care of the text size, but now there is corrupt text in the UI. I did take a moment to sign out after making the change.

Does anybody now of a workaround to take care of the text rendering? The issue seems to be with linked text. The menus, etc. are not too bad. Not the sharpest, but certainly readable. I attached an image showing the text in both scenarios. Now don't yell. You'll need a microscope to see the explanation at the bottom of the images. I got a bit aggressive reducing the size of the pic. Sorry bout that.

Graham, welcome to the forums

I do not have a 4k monitor so don’t experience this issue.
I do not think the text quality you show has been reported before.
