I can not using smart download.
Error code; Cannot get URL from push file. (2010:2600:869)
Why?

There have been previous posts regading "smart download" or rather the lack of it. It seems that the web server at ulead can only handle so much traffic at a time. Have you tried again, preferably a few hours after the first try.
