moving text qery

anybody know how to do this with the scrolling text moving round the star shape.

With the star being a vector shape, you activate the text tool, then you click EXACTLY on the stroke (outline) of the star when the cursor shows a T angled on a curve, then you type your text.... it will follow the star, like that.

The image is an animated gif. Jasc Animation shop allowed for animated gifs but is an old program. There are probably much bettter programs for achieving this effect. Do a search for animated text gifs for a start.
