PSP 2021- I can no longer adjust brush sizes for painting to removing backgrounds

I contacted support and they told me to reset back to the defaults settings by "If PaintShop is already open please close it and then while holding the shift key double click on the PaintShop desktop icon you will get a prompt screen in that click on yes." When I tried this it did not work so I told that to support and I have not heard back from them in more than a few days. I have searched high and low to see where it could have gotten turned off. No luck. I was wondering if anyone had a solution here. I was going to uninstall it but I got this warning from Revo be careful which files I delete when they are brought up. I never got a warning like that before from Revo. I would appreciate any help. It has been awhile since I could use it. Thank you so much I wish everyone a Happy Easter. Faye

I finally got the fix suggested by Corel support to work. I got back what I lost. Of course this all happened right after I posted for help. I am so sorry it worked out that way. You all are so awesome here and have helped me before. Please take care and be careful Faye
