Instagram IGTV NO SOUND

I'm making videos for my music in Corel Videostudio. Ive avoided rendering mp4 bc of how terrible it makes the audio sound with compression. It seems like there are hardly any settings for audio when rendering mp4 in this software.

So i render as ACV/H 2.64. I use Movavi to convert to mp4 and the audio still sounds good

However Instagram/IGTV requires the file the mp4 and although it doesnt give any other requirements i've read that they require the AAC codec which is more lossy.

I'm not sure if thats why i'm having the problem but when i upload the movavi converted mp4 file which normally has sound, it uploads to igtv with no sound. if i tap on the sound icon it says VIDEO HAS NO SOUND. If i try to upload the video on the instgram desktop site on my laptop it just says post failed.
This is all very frustrating. other people have told me this is why they stopped using VIDEOSTUDIO and that they dont have issues like this with other software.
Can anyone shed light on this issue?

What setting you have for mp4 audio in Movai?
AAC is a common codec for mp4, have you set it to 256K in VS?

The problem could be either the original video, the Movavi converted mp4 file or Video Studio

To prove that Video Studio is or is not a problem I would create a video using the library samples at 1 minute duration
The audio library can be used for the sound clips with either sample video or images in the top timeline
Render to Mpeg4 1280 x 720

H.264 Main Profile Video: 10000 Kbps
48000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo
MPEG AAC Audio: 192 Kbps

A 1 minute video being approx. 60Mb
Upload to Instagram to see if the audio plays ok
