I am having some difficulty with the BDs I am making in the Share tab of VS2018

Hi everyone,

I am having some difficulty with the BDs I am making in the Share tab of VS2018. When I play the BD the home screen freezes. To make the disc, here are the steps I have taken. First, edit individual video clips and create an m2t completed video for each topic. Then I author 4 – 12 edited m2t videos, and burn an ISO file. Finally, I burn from ISO disc image to a Blu-ray disc.

Any suggestions as to the cause? Is there other BD Authoring software that will work better?

When you make the ISO, do you first play it in a software player that will play ISOs, like the freeware VLC Player, which a lot of us here use. If that also has problems, then there is no point in burning the ISO to an actual disc.

Other than that, we often recommend another freeware burner program called ImgBurn. But there are others if you Google them.
