I can bring up PSP 2020 64b once and when finished close it with no visible problems. I can try to start it but it does not show up. Task manager does not show it either. To use it a second time I have to reboot.
I reinstalled the program a couple of weeks ago but the problem was there before the reinstall. Before the reinstall I reinstalled my W10. As I have already said the problem was here before to install of PSB 2020 and before the W10 reinstall.
Any ideas?

Hi Muga22 and welcome to the forum.
When you say it does not show in the Task Manager, are you also looking in the Background Processes?
Also, you could try a reset to default. https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=67616

Re: I can start Corel PS Pro 2020 once but not twice
FWIW this happens to me too quite a lot. But when it does I have just learned to look in Background Processes in the Task Manager and see that some part of PSP is still working it. I kill it there, and then I can restart PSP. This is most common when I first close PSP then a few seconds later -- no more than that -- decide I really shouldn't have closed it right then and try to reopen it. On those occasions, if I leave it go more than 10 seconds or more, then sometimes it has had time to close everything. But if you still can't open it, then just kill whatever relates to Corel PSP in Background Processes. It will usually be under C for Corel.
