Sticker AR

Bought VS2021 and work fine except "Sticker AR" got an open box that said " This computer doesn't take charge of Sticker AR . Have a Ticket to Corel but take a lot of time to have answer. Cand you Help I have win7 and working very well without intrusion of Microsoft . Thanks a lot

Using the same Sticker as you, I also got the same message, but only once for that sticker, worked OK with subsequent tries, all other stickers appear to function correctly, like you using Win 7

Thanks Robert for your help , but mine is often crash , so I reboot VS and still not working

I need to correct my previous post, whilst I only see that message once, and can then drag a sticker to the timeline, the sticker does not appear on the image, need to do further testing but I feel that AR stickers cannot be used on Win 7 platform, when a sticker is dragged, a face appears in the preview screen showing the filter selected, whilst the face appears, the selected sticker does not show, Win 10 behaves correctly.
I will submit a bug report

Exactly the same as you said. You know that they sold VS2021 with a note that it is recommended for Win7 64 bits

This is a known issue with AMD A10 PCs, now Win 7 can be added, Corel are working on a fix, but could be a considerable wait
