I have reinstalled Windows 10.
The Windows version is changed to 1909 and the SWF file works.
I don't know what will happen in the future.

Well, you still have considerable distance to go to get back to Win 10 version 2004 or 20H2. I suspect it was with 2004 that the SWF capacity was removed by MS.
