Art texture plugin probs

I have downloaded Art texture to my windows XP for PSP9. everything works ok until i request EDIT. The message that comes up says : unable to load thumbnails into library. Invalid parameters. Does this mean I will be unable to use this plugin, or is there something I can do to make it work? Have been trying for a week now, with no luck, and no one seems to know the amswer. CAN ANYONE HELP, before I tear my hair out/sling the computor.....lol

You might need to reinstall your program again together with your plug-in. Your plug-in might not be installed properly with your program. ^_^
