Click the link and download first. If the download doesn't work you can either come back and see if someone has a backup copy or contact Corel Support to get another download link. Officially Corel recommends downloading the old trial and just activating that. And you can find older trials online.

If the link does work, make a backup copy of the install.

Have you tried resetting 2019 to factory default before you uninstall it?

To do the factory reset just hold down the Shift key when you click on the desktop PSP icon to open the program. You will be asked if you want to reset. Say OK. Make sure you save any customized workspaces before you reset; otherwise they will be lost.

And as with anything that is important make a backup (or two). Remember that you may be changing your computer approx 4-6 years as they eventually crash or become too outdated so you will need to reinstall every so often.
In my case I may be a bit anal about it, but I have backups of every PSP installation I have purchased including the second and sometimes third version - (different extras offerings and also wanting to keep withing the limit of instalations per 3 machines earlier and now 2 machines.)
These first two diagrams show the folders for the versions of PSP (left) and what was included in my first lot of downloads of PSP 2019 from the email links + some extras files including the Serial numbers for those programs that required them.
01Backupsand loader.jpg
As you can see by the size the PSP2019_Ult.exe file at 6117 KB is the loader program which downloads "PSP2019downloadedinstallation" but under a different name, I just moved it here and renamed to show what that folder contained.

This image shows at left the files in "PSP2019downloadedinstallation" which includes a folder Setup and to the right show the mst amd msi files that install the program.
02SetupandFiles.jpg
If you have not cleaned up your machine that folder / files may still be present and you may be able to so a search to find those folders / files.
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867
