video studio ultimate x7

hello to all
i have X7 COREL installed on two PC
one of them doesn t work anymore
is this normal ? how many installation can i do with corel video ?

You should read the EULA which states that we can only install one version of Video Studio.
That will not cause your program to fail I would not have thought.

That rule is different for other Corel products PSP for instance where I believe the program can be installed on two computers.

Are both computers Windows 10? Have you tried reinstalling on the one where X7 no longer works?

well i changed of computer last year and one version of X7 is on w10 (as well as the 2020 version) and the
other one X7 is on the W7 version , this is the one that doesnt work anymore

Have you tried resetting the program by renaming the 17.0 folder from here

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro for 32 bit

and for 64 bit

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)

If you cannot find this folder then type %appdata% in the search option, should find

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming

Allowing you to navigate further

If that does not help, you should try re-installing

Perhaps you could be clearer about "it doesn't work anymore". For example:
- the program won't launch - the splash screen doesn't appear when you start it, or the splash screen hangs and does nothing then just disappears.
- something about the user interface does not work after start
- when this happened eg after win 7 ran out of support in Jan 20, or after a security suite update.
