Keep only english in VS2021 (or any VS)

This small .bat file will clean and delete unnecessary languages from VS2021.
This will gain you more SDD space.
If you need extra language layout do not delete it !! delete is final and no re-install.
Open the bat file in notepad and remove the relative language line.
Save the bat file on desktop and run as administrator.
Exit at any point. by the X on the top.

*Small, few kb's, files are not included.
** For other VS's just edit with notepad the paths and save with different name.
*** This cleanup does not effect titles languages over video.
*** Use at your own risk, No warranty or guaranty

Oh ! I did noticed that, thank you.

Think about if there could be a software vendor which is storing all the languages into same folder. Or let us to select which languages we have planned to use.

Also, have you tested if these are recovered when the upgrades are coming.

And btw. one location after installation is also:
%localappdata%\temp\

When you install all of the free extra packages from home page, all of them are downloaded and stored into there. Either move the packages away from there, or just delete.

Pepi, every time you update VS the language packs are restored so re-run of the bat file is needed.

This is something that should be included during the installation process. Which language(s) to install.
