Summarizing, I'm staying with Corel a bit longer, waiting for fixes.

Are you running Windows 7 as your profile, if not can you update your profile

If you are having crash issues can you be more specific, start a new post for your particular problem giving as many details as possible.
and if Corel cam replicate your crash issues then maybe those will be included in any fix, but if they do not know whats happening then its not gonna get addressed

Nice to ear that it is working for some users.
Just for my own knowledge ,Ken ,since it is working for you, could you verify if an .INI file is present at the following location C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)\24.0\Triple Scoop Music

In my case there is no .INI file; yet there is an .INI file in C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)\18.0\Triple Scoop Music and C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)\21.0\Triple Scoop Music

Yes, that folder has only one file and it is an .ini: TSMFolderHistory.ini.

I am regret to inform you that Boris Graffiti is not available on VideoStudio 2021. It was removed from VideoStudio 2019. But you will able to get Boris BCC Title Studio under FX.

For Score Fitter music crash, I would like to suggest deleting your computer's temp files and reset your VideoStudio to its default settings.

To delete the temp files in your computer, kindly follow the instructions that are provided in the link below.

Before you reset your VideoStudio to its default settings, I would like to recommend saving your files first:

To save the VideoStudio library:
- Click Settings
- Click Library Manager
- Click Export Library...
- Select a destination folder or create one
- Click the OK button

To Import the VideoStudio Library
- Click Settings
- Click Library Manager
- Click Import Library...
- Select the destination folder that holds the exported library information
- Click the OK button

After saving your files, you can now proceed with resetting your software to its default settings:

1. On the keyboard, launch the Run box by pressing the Windows button then the letter R (Windows + R)
2. In the Open box, type %APPDATA% and press the enter key.
3. In the new window, find the Ulead Systems folder.
4. Open the Ulead Systems folder.
5. Open the Corel VideoStudio Pro folder.
6. There should be a folder named 24.0 here.
7. Rename 24.0 to 43.0_old.

Not sure what support mean by this statement,

Is he just referring to VS2019, because BCC Title Studio has not been included in VS2021

Up to now I believe I have opened 3 or 4 tickets to corel support. With no exception all tickets had this solution suggestion at first place. Corel really needs to check its support quality. Such approach shows:
- User damaged the library data bases. So the software's db is o fragile. So recover it anyway.
or
- Even user did not do anything the library DB is so fragile so needs to be recorded once in a while.
or
- We do not know how to fix your problem. Try this....


In any case to be honest I found solutions here in forums rather the support email. This is not good at all. Considering this tool is not a freeware.

Basic support is provided by 1st line support personnel , who look at the question asked, then go to the manual which will give a few possible solutions and the same solutions are given time after time, so it is somewhat hit and miss as to the results achieved. It is only when the issue is escalated does the question actually reach the development team,this is the same scenario for all NLE providers, not just Corel, so you just have to keep contacting Support, until they do escalate the issue to the next higher level.
But as you say cybernick, you are more likely to find resolutions here on the forum
