After having working successfully with PSP X2 a long time I experienced a strange problems since a few days.
Assume I load a picture into PSP and enlarged the Canvas. The picture itself should be put into the upper left corner.
It works, BUT: the topmost 3 or 4 pixel rows are covered by the options bar.
See the attached snapshot.
The missing pixel rows are not cropped but just invisible.
The vertical scrollbar is shifted maximum to the north.
I have no clue why this happened now. In former times this was not the case.
I must have accidentially changed a PSP setting.
This happens for ALL loaded pictures.
When I save the whole picture and open it with another picture viewer (e.g.XnView) then the full picture is visible including the 4 pixel rows
Any idea how I can repair this?
Strange: Top 4 pixel rows are covered when enlarging Canvas

It could be that Microsoft has interfered! ... (they're well known for annoying people.)
Have you tried re-setting PSP using the Shift key? :
If you haven't already done so, save your Workspace.
Close PSP.
Open PSP and hold the Shift key at the same time. You should see a message appear, telling you that PSP is returning to it's default settings. Click OK.
PSP will load.
Load your saved workspace.
If you have changed some settings in File>Preferences>General Program Preferences, you will need to re-do those.
Also File>Preferences>File Locations, for your plugins.
