I'm using PSP2021 Ult. Today I encountered a Flood Fill issue that I haven't run into before.
The Flood Fill tool does not work on some images. Here's a link to one of these images: https://www.lvrw.org/psp. I opened the image in PSP8 (originally from JASC), and the flood fill tool worked just fine in PSP8. I am not a graphics pro. I explore and play with graphics, but I'm still learning. So I'm hoping that someone will help me figure this out.
