Hi,
Or how do you see, that on the HW acceleration list AMD has become as an option?
But unfortunately the preview still have the same issues than earlier versions.
Disable the decoder, and video is shown correctly again.

Yes AMD is available using 2021
Still a mystery why you are having these issues with the green / pink view
I had thought you were using mts video, seems that mp4 is also a problem

Yep, and now that is coming with - as you noticed - with mp4 file. With MTS that I got when the size of the preview was something. But needs to play with this a bit more. The MASK engine they have replaced to total different, so the memory leaking seems to be history. Other old issues (access denied, moving main window have odd moves, GetPhysicalCursorPos loops, Flash Player, etc..) are all still here. Or this was the first 30 min findings.
Also one correction to my previous post, I need to clear both check marks to get those away. I though at first the decoder was enough, but I need to clear both of them.

Re: VS2021 - Has Corel noticed AMD finally?
All three of my primary systems are AMD and they all exhibit the same green/pink verticle screen in video playback but under certain conditions, usually after some program, such as VideoStudio (several versions) but also others, has played a video and I return to the prior program. I have narrowed this behavior down at least that far on all of the machines and others going back over five years. There must be something related to releasing memory but I'm not good enough to track that down.

Forgot - I get those bar most ofter in my browsers when a site plays a video. Again, this happens after I have opened a video playback program while the browser was also open.

Re: VS2021 - Has Corel noticed AMD finally?
Yes, it's about time AMD is supported.
But I haven't experienced any of the green / pink views with the videos I have. I have tried DJI Mini 2k, old Canon MTS 1080, Panasonic MP4 (25/50P 4K, 50P 1080), and some HEVC files and all played back properly.
The only display issue is Title Pro 5 working within that specific window. But when I am back to VS, the video plays back properly. No effects on the clips.
Screenshot below of the same clip on my computer
Having AMD support has sped up rendering times greatly.
