Audio editor will not open, media studio pro 7

HI

Hi Just loaded media studio pro 7

Audio editor will not open all others will.

Application error

“The instruction at 0x73dd11c7 referenced memory at 0x00000004, the memory could not be read

Any Ideas?

Sys info

Windows XP latest ver.

Pentium P4
Gig of memory

Any help is of course appreciated

I know it may sound obvious, but sometimes the obvious things get overlooked: did you have a clean install? If not maybe try uninstallling, reboot and install again.

If you are using the purchase version of MSP, have you installed the latest updates and patches of MSP?? The latest MSP7 SP2 patch will fix some crash issues.

If you are using the trial version, you can refer to the descriptions of the MSP7 SP2 patch to disable DirectX Audio Manager in Audio Editor to see if it will fix the problem.
