Wow, must be nice...I didn't receive any emails and when I asked via chat I was told, there was no upgrade option and I'd have to pay 99.00 US. I bought VSU 2020 and 3D Titler separately, since I didn't know it was already included in VSU 2020, and of course no one from Corel would mention that of course.tletter wrote: ↑Tue Feb 09, 2021 5:36 pmerase.jpgremmyhi wrote:The old question is - is it worth.. A comparison of features between VS2019, VS2020 and VS2021 is aval @ https://www.videostudiopro.com/static/v ... rix-en.pdf, e.g. there are some new versions of the proDAD plug-ins. However, the key question is whether VS2021 is more stable or does it continue to silently crash at the drop of a hat, and freeze when scrubbing?

In my experience, the customer service reps for this company (at least the ones I interacted with) are the some of most incompetent, clueless (about their own products) people I've ever had the displeasure to deal with- literally had to figure out every technical issue myself.
Here's some advice people- get Davinci Resolve- the FREE version and see what you've been missing.
