I recently installed PSP 2021 after having X9 (X9 was removed prior to installing).
I have noticed this behavior on multiple computers now. After minimizing PSP for an extended period of time, I am unable to bring PSP back. I'll open Task Manager and it will always be at least 1 image that states "Not Responding". I am able to restart the program just fine and it does ask me to recover images.
This only seems to happen if PSP has been minimized (and idle) for 60+ minutes. If I'm working with PSP regularly, I'm able to minimize and restore it without problems.
Also - not sure if this is related, but when taking screenshots, PSP does not minimize even though the 'Hide Paintshop' option is selected.
2 of the systems affected are both Windows 10 Pro v20H2 and v2004, AMD Ryzen CPUs with 16GB RAM and Radeon RX graphic cards. Power saving settings are set to only the monitor turns off after 45m (SSDs and PSU do not power off).

Re: PSP 2021 'Not Responding' after being minimized
Hi, KSRover
We had received similar report as the "Not responding", very few .... only 1 or 2 (so far...)
We are keeping an eye on it.
To be honest, we did not see that issue here ....... We will keep try to see if we can reproduce it.
About the other issue (PSP not hiding when check the "hide PSP" and start screenshot), thanks for the report, we are working on it.
Best,
Eric
