Canon R6 raw import appears to be broken

When I import a Canon R6 camera raw .cr3 file into PSP 2020, it botches the RGB channels at the pixel level. In particular the imported image has the R,G, and B pixels shifted relative to where they should be. This does not happen when I use Canon's own Digital Photo Professional software. This is not a chromatic aberration problem, as it happens to all pixels uniformly. I've attached a demonstration of PSP vs Canon import of this picture of a test pattern in a dark room. This is a crop of the original image, but the problem occurs the same across the entire larger image. I'd attach the original 16MB .cr3 if this system would let me.
