Hi
When I take a finished text proposal and add it to the slide show, it disappears as soon as the text is written.
I would like the finished text to remain for a while so you have time to read it.
Is there anywhere you can do that?

Hi
I am sure there are various ways to do this but I just place the curser to the end of the the text, go to the EDIT menu, select TAKE A SNAP SHOT.
Then drag that snapshot into the overlay track above the end of the text, now you can stretch the snapshot to suit the extended time you want.

Hi varadero99
Sorry I mist the last step. Once you have your extended title, with the snap shot selected, go to the screen area, right click and select ORIGINAL SIZE.

Another option would be to create a copy of the title clip, then place adjacent to the first.
Modify the animation for that clip to make it static, adjust the duration.
Works for most title clips but does assume the animation ends on screen.
