It's ridiculous ... after resetting to factory and rebuilding all my toolbar; saved the workspace; restart PSP ... OK they do not reset itself to "Text and image".

But no!!!!!!!
I added a new toolbar, set "Text and image" for it, saved the workspace again, loaded the workspace and ... now the toolbar reset itself to "Image" !!!!
Mumble ...
Went to another old toolbar; set a button from "Image" to "Text and Image"; saved; reloaded ... only "Image"
Another button: set from "Text" to "Image"; saved, loaded: OK!!
Reset back to "Text", saved, loaded, OK!!
Apart for the new and problematic toolbar for the which one I wish "Text and Image", in the others toolbar I use only "Text" or only "Image" (even mixed in the same toolbar).
Last attempt: "Text" for all the button of the new toolbar. Saved. Reloaded: nothing to do: it resets to "Image".
It's like if this Toolbar accepted "Image" and nothing else.
Or problem in saving?
The icons are all the same, if this can help.
A last note: the setting of "Text", "Image", "Text and Image" is possible in two ways: from the form "Customize" or directly on the Toolbar.
Uhmmmm.
In conclusion: where is the bug if any?
PS. Sorry: is not "Text and image" but "Image and text". Anyway the substance is the same
