"Cannot open file" error message, 93006:1:0

Hi,
I'm using Ulead Video Studio 8 SE dvd and i can capture fine (from VCR(pal) ) but after rendering it brings up the error message 'Cannot open file [93006:1:0]'. I was using Window 2000 but now xp Pro (fresh install) with the same message.
Other stats: P4 2.8, seperate 80gig hard drive, 1 gig of ram

Can anyone help

I don't know anything about capturing but hold on, someone will get to you. It would help if you gave a little more data on how you are capturing, what device, what sttings. That way it gives the people on the forum something to go on.
By the way, you ARE on the right forum!
