Help with brush smoothing or stabilizing or damping

Hey guys I recently purchased Corel Paintshop Pro 2021 Ultimate and I was looking for an option to smooth my lines like in Photoshop because my hand is very shaky and jittery. From what I've read the smoothing/ damping feature should be in the Brush Control Panel but unfortunately I can't find the Brush Control Panel, its not in the Window tab or anywhere else that I can see. Any help would be appreciated.

Use the Pen Tool (V) in Draw Freehand Mode and increase the Tracking value.

You may also modify the speed of your mouse in the Windows settings.

Sorry I don't understand, I am trying to paint freehand but the "paintbrush" doesn't do anything. The watercolor brush and airbrush and oil pen all seem to work fine but when I try to paint or draw or whatever with the "paintbrush" tool nothing happens. I also don't like the "pen tool because it just connects lines to points, thats not really what I was trying to accomplish.

Verify in the Materials Palette if the Foreground color is not set on transparent.

See also in the Toolbar Options : Opacity must be on 100 and Blend Mode on Normal.
