I have PSP 2021 Ultimate and was trying to follow the instructions to share photos as seen in the attached image taken from the user manual.
My copy of PSP 2021 Ultimate doesn't have the share button as an option in the organizer. Do I have to turn it on somehow?

Where did you find those instructions? The last version of PSP that I'm aware of, that supported directly uploading photos to a sharing site was 2019 back when Google+ was still a thing. If I look at the help files for 2020 and 2021 the only sharing options are for email. So i assume they got rid of it back in the 2020 version.
