VS2020 Library Error
VS2020 23.3.0.646. Sure we had this issue back in the early days of VS2020 release, then today it reappears, if the number is opened it displays Triple Scoop music

My first thought was "Not Again"
yep we have had that strange library reference in the past, dont think anyone understood why! or were given a reason from Corel
It may be a re-install would cure this, of course try a reset program and reset library first.
