Customize page problem

I want to change the shortcut key letter for a command. The PSP manual tells me to go to view> customize> keyboard tab. Below is an image of the keyboard window when I open it. No keyboard tab and, if I remember correctly, there were many others.
What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Jim - it appears you are in the Essentials workspace. Go to File - Workspaces - Complete to find the full customize menu.

Oh man, the workspace thing keeps giving people such a hard time. Let's just hope someone from Corel takes notice and at least they make the Complete workspace the default one in a future update/version, as Paul suggested in another thread.

Thank you very much. That solved all my problems except one. Once you get a pellet floating, how do you get it back to docking? When I right click on it, I can't shut off floating.

From the Complete workspace, have you tried
File/Preferences/General Program Preferences... > Palettes > Allow Docking of...
