Hi All,
I am sure I have 'seen' the tools option and rectangle, I assume I have done something to corrupt the layout. I DO feel that some times the layout of the 'commands ' changes all on its own!

Jim - PSP has a number of workspaces; Essentials, Photography, Sea-To-Sky and Complete. To insure you are seeing all tools, I would recommend the Complete workspace.
You can access it via the File - Workspaces menu or by right-clicking a blank area on a toolbar and selecting workspace.
