Bought "Travel video overlay" for video studio ultimate 2020 from "Get more". The purchase works, it is in the library, I install it and the installation works and I get a message that it is downloaded to the desktop. It is not there, or in the program. Have been emailing Corel support for weeks now without them being able to help me.
Anyone have any tips ??

sorry you are having problems with the purchase of the Travel Video Overlay pack, we do not work for Corel so cannot help with the actual order.
There was a problem reported on the PSP forum with a similar issue where the pack did not install, again should have been saved to a folder on the desktop, this was fixed by Corel, you may be experiencing a similar problem.
I do not know the exact process the download and installation takes unless it is the same as the free templates available from the bottom of the Get More list
Here first choosing “Install” starts the download process, a green bar shows top right, saved in the background to the %temp% folder, once downloaded the pack is auto installed, ( I believe it is this auto Install that is failing.) I would think a better description would be unwrapped / unzipped to the desktop. Unfortunately after install the downloaded folder may be deleted.
It may be worth having a look in %temp% to see if you can locate the Travel Video Overlay.exe file. or similar name although may be in a folder with an unusual name, just numbers.
If you can locate that, save to a safe location, then you may be able to manually install.
As I said I am unsure of the actual download/install process if not as above you could get an e-mail with a download link.
